With the vision of Dr. Mohamed Tayeb Mahmood, Beyond Excellence Consultancy was established in 2017 with an aim to share variety of beyond 18 years of experience in multiple fields such as strategic planning, quality, ICT, management and excellence.

The extend of high level experience has led to be a leading innovator in the regulatory and management of telecommunications and related information technology fields, that supported policy makers, government organizations, NGOs and leading ICT operators & vendors to proceed with strategic decisions at governance level towards excellence in their operations.

Prior to establishing Beyond Excellence Consultancy, remarkable success was achieved in professional and academic fields that enabled linking practice to the academia which supported Higher Education Institutions to align market needs to their strategic objectives. The high professional experience over 11 years with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain played a vital role in practicing strategic planning and measurement to drive strategic objectives into operations.

As an academic and researcher, activated his PhD in Management Studies with extending research studies and publishing in the areas of e-government governance, digital transformation of government and public administration. In addition, received several technical certifications to maintain the professional practice.
